Every SoilSense order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If your meter arrives faulty or reads erratically, we'll replace it or refund you — no complicated hoops.

How it works

Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
Tell us the issue (a photo or short description helps).
We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.

Faulty items

If a meter is defective on arrival, you don't need to ship it back for a refund in most cases — we resolve it directly.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
